Mr. Anton Lang has acquired 90% of the shares of Hermann Rossberg GmbH & Co. KG, Lam, Germany. In addition, Mr. Lang has an option on the remaining shares. The transaction was designed as a Management-buy-in (MBI).

The enterprise was taken over from an external manager. Mr. Anton Lang, born 1965, has over twenty years of experience in leading positions in national and international enterprises. Mr. Lang’s strategy focuses on extending the product portfolio as well as entering new markets, especially Japan, USA, Scandinavia and Benelux.
