Florian Böschen is responsible for the structuring and execution of national and international buy and sell side M&A mandates within the property/real estate sectors.
Before joining IMAP, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Frankfurt/Main, Vienna and Munich, within their Transaction Services and M&A Practice.
Since 2007, he has been advising clients from the financial sector (banks, insurance companies, funds, asset management and private equity companies) and property sector (project development and housing companies) on property and corporate deals.
Florian holds Degrees in Business Administration from the EBS International University Oestrich-Winkel, as well as Henley Business School/University of Reading, UK, with specializations in Real Estate Finance and Investment, as well as Information Technologies. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
