Deal Announcement - Transport - Carson Air

Headquartered in Kelowna, British Columbia, Carson Air is a leading provider of fixed-wing air ambulance services, air cargo services, and flight school training in Western Canada. Founded in 1990, the company is a world-class provider of critical flight services, with a commitment to safety, reliability and responsiveness.

Exchange Income Corporation is a TSX-listed company focused on two sectors: aerospace & aviation services and equipment & manufacturing. The acquisition of Carson Air further solidifies the company as Canada’s leading provider of medevac services.

The IMAP Canada team in Vancouver, led by Paul Langley and Nick Bester, acted as exclusive financial advisor to Carson Air on this transaction.
