Deal Announcement - Building Products - Moravia Containers -

Container and modular construction manufacturer, Moravia Containers, has acquired 100% of the shares of modular systems producer, Contimade. As a result of this acquisition, the Moravia Containers Group now consists of three highly established and reputable Czech manufacturers of modular buildings, namely: Contimade, Imecon Containers and Pegas Container.

This newly expanded group is now the largest manufacturer of containers and modular buildings in the Czech Republic, having generated €58 million between them in 2020, with 90% of products exported to Western Europe. Moravia Containers now aims to become one of the leading companies in the European modular building sector.
