If necessary, we will contact you in the next step to arrange an appointment for a telephone interview. This helps to clarify first questions and to give us an even better picture of you and your qualifications.

If your qualifications match our requirements profile and we assume that you fit in with us as a personality, you will be invited to an initial personal interview.

The next steps depend on the function. In principle, however, we will have at least two discussions with you.

Overall, it is our aim that you are informed at short notice about the status of your application in our company. Please understand, however, if this is not always possible due to the large number of applications we receive.
