In the course of a transferring restructuring, Al Pack d.o.o., headquartered in Subotica, Serbia, acquired the assets of Leutkirch-based Uniprint Knauer GmbH & Co. KG.
In the course of a transferring restructuring, Al Pack d.o.o., headquartered in Subotica, Serbia, acquired the assets of Leutkirch-based Uniprint Knauer GmbH & Co. KG.
Uniprint is specialized on printing and processing of plastic foils and aluminum lids and counts several well-known dairy processing companies its customers.
Al Pack develops and produces lacquered foils, seals, containers, as well as a wide array of plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, tobacco, food & beverage, and dairy industry.
The acquisition of Uniprint by Al Pack d.o.o. will secure both the continuation of operations on site in Leutkirch as well as a large number of work places.
IMAP has accompanied the transaction on behalf of the insolvency administrator Dr. Holger Leichtle, Schultze & Braun Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft for Insolvenzverwaltung mbH in Stuttgart.
