Advised Nethys on sale of IT services company Win to NRB Group

IMAP is pleased to announce that Belgian ICT firm NRB Group acquired IT services company Win and its data center subsidiary Wallonia Data Center from Nethys.

Founded in 1987 as the shared IT department and data center of Belgian insurer Ethias and a number of utility companies, NRB offers consultancy, software, cloud, and managed services via a number of brands.
