Netbox, a manufacturer of a wide range of cardboard packaging with more than 30 years of experience, has finalized the acquisition of the printing plant PREMIUMDRUK. This acquisition will expand Netbox's team by about 120 people and increase production capacity by 6,000 tons.
PremiumDruk is a family-owned company founded in 1985, focused on producing highly processed cardboard packaging for various sectors, including cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, and dietary supplements. By incorporating PremiumDruk into the Netbox Group, Netbox aims to strengthen its position in the Polish market, particularly in the highly processed packaging segment.
