Hyle Capital Partners SGR S.p.A. ("Hyle Capital Partners") acquired Guaresi S.p.A. ("Guaresi").

Guaresi, founded in 1932 and based in Pilastri (Ferrara), is active in the design, development and production of agricultural machineries for tomato harvesting for the food processing industry, with a wide range of state-of-the-art harvesters and sorters. Guaresi operates through two production plants, generating revenues of over €20m in 2021, two-thirds of which generated abroad.

Hyle Capital Partners is an institutional and independent investor operating in the Italian market. Through the Finance for Food One fund, Hyle Capital Partners invests in Italian SMEs active within the Italian food supply chain and the broader food & beverage market, through both majority and minority investments.

The deal aims to create a leading group in the production of agricultural machineries, capable of achieving €50m in sales in 5 years, both through penetration of new foreign markets and synergetic acquisitions.
